Aielli Group welcomes Chef Melina Martinez as New Executive Chef at Dorona
Naples, FL – April — The Aielli Group in Naples, is proud to announce the addition of Chef Melina Martinez as part of their culinary team and new executive chef at Dorona. With a passion for fresh ingredients, scratch cooking, and globally inspired flavors, Chef Martinez brings a vibrant new energy and vision to the restaurant group.
A native of Zacatecas, Mexico, Chef Martinez joins the Aielli Group following a successful seven-year tenure as the opening chef for Unidos in Chicago. Most recently, she also played a vital role in launching the Naples location of the same concept, earning widespread praise for her ability to fuse bold, wholesome flavors with elevated presentations.
At Dorona, Chef Martinez has introduced a revamped menu, showcasing her signature focus on small, health-conscious plates (including vegetarian options) made with fresh vegetables, proteins, and scratch-made components. Guests can now enjoy an array of dynamic new dishes including:
