Marco Island Center for the Arts Unveils Exciting Lineup for 2024-2025 Arts Center Theatre Season

Marco Island, FL – April 18, 2024 - The Marco Island Center for the Arts is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated lineup of productions for the 2024-2025 season at the Arts Center Theatre. Offering a diverse range of shows, this season promises to captivate audiences of all ages with its blend of classic favorites and contemporary delights.
Running from November 6, 2024, to April 13, 2025, the season will showcase a variety of performances, scheduled Wednesdays through Sundays. Evening shows will take place Wednesday through Friday at 7:30pm, while matinees will be held on Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm.
The excitement begins on November 6, 2024, with the heartwarming musical adaptation of "You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Revised)," bringing to life the beloved characters from the Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz. This production, featuring music, book, and lyrics by Clark Gesner and directed by Christopher Dayett, promises to delight audiences with its charm and wit.
In December, audiences can immerse themselves in the holiday spirit with "Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!)" by Michael Carleton, James Fitzgerald, and John K. Alvarez. Directed by Andre Degas, this festive and hilarious show offers a unique twist on traditional holiday fare, featuring a madcap journey through every Christmas story imaginable.
January brings Neil Simon's classic comedy "The Last of the Red Hot Lovers," directed by Cheryl Duggan, followed by another Simon gem, "The Odd Couple," directed by Paula Keenan, in February.
March will take audiences on a wild ride with "Boeing, Boeing" by Marc Camoletti, under the direction of Marilee Warner, while April concludes the season with the delightful comedy "Four Old Broads" by Leslie Kimbell, directed by Christi Lueck-Sadiq.
