Osteria Capri on Marco Island, helmed by chef/owner AJ Black, features authentic Italian cuisine with a modern sophisticated style. Chef Black, who grew up in Sicily, has a worldwide reputation in the culinary world having trained at LeCordon Bleu in Paris and trained under legendary chef Paul Bocuse. Osteria Capri specializes in organic seafood, seasonal local vegetables, natural beef plus vegan and gluten-free options. The dinner menu features house specialties such as diver scallops, oven-roasted Branzino (Mediterranean sea bass) and wild-caught Scottish salmon. Located at 918 North Collier Boulevard on Marco Island near The Esplanade Shoppes, Osteria Capri offers intimate indoor seating for 60 with additional al fresco dining, seven days a week , open dinner 4:30 pm until 9 pm.
